Christi O’Farrell has been in the veterinary industry for seven years. She founded Veterinary Staffing Solutions in February 2006, after recognizing the industries immeasurable need for staffing support. Starting with very humble roots working from home and interviewing at Starbucks, she set out to help the industry she had grown to love. Within less than two years, Christi has successfully put Veterinary Staffing Solutions on the map. VSS now has a “real” office and a team of four that share her vision. “It is very rewarding to be able to match great candidates with great clinics in need. I know first hand the immediate relief that comes over you, when you have a complete staff.” Christi remains on track with her goals of growing VSS nationwide and developing innovative strategies for staffing solutions.
Tammy Schroder has had a long term career as an executive assistant for a private holding company in Houston. Believing in the vision of VSS, she joined forces with Christi O'Farrell in creating the company and has remained an imperative member of the team as the office manager.
Erin Smith has been dedicated to the progression of the veterinary industry for 16 years. Over the span of her career she has been fortunate to work with many great hospitals, doctors and leaders, contributing to her broad knowledge of the industry.
